Balthazars Keuken http://balthazarskeuken.nl/en/

Restaurant Balthazars Keuken is located at the Elandsgracht in the heart of the ‘Jordaan’ area.  Chefs Karin Gaasterland and Alain Parry founded this wilful restaurant back in 1995. The open kitchen adds to the sense that you are enjoying a diner at a good friend’s house. Every week, and with lots of taste,  Karin and Alain create a 3-course menu with startling combinations inspired by the international cuisine. During the summer period, tables are put outside the restaurant, on the pavement. Balthazars Keuken opens Teusday through Sunday. dinner - starting at 6 pm.

Blue Pepper http://restaurantbluepepper.com/reservations-contact/

Blue Pepper in Amsterdam brings back to life what a royal Indonesian feast tasted like. Lavish, wickedly complex dishes combined to create unique rijsttafels. Enjoy at the restaurant or on our vintage saloon boat.

Bridges http://www.bridgesrestaurant.nl/en/contact/

The legendary location, which served as the canteen of the former Town Hall, is now a place where gourmands can savor the culinary skills of Executive Chef Andrès Delpeut.
Bridges is all about fish! From bouillabaisse to sea bass in salt crust. Bridges is the place where every ‘Amsterdammer’ feels at home: a restaurant with inviting service, hospitality and conviviality; a place to enjoy the spectacular pairings of seafood and wine. Bridges: a dining experience to delight all senses. Needless to say, the restaurant also caters for people who enjoy meat.
